Not only is it the shortest month of the year, it\u2019s the only month that can pass with no full moon.<br \/>\nFebruary always starts on the same day of the week as March and November except in leap years when it starts on the same day of the week as August. February also ends on the same day of the week as October every year \u2014 except \u2014 on leap year it ends on the same day as January.
