A member of the Senate was interviewed the other day on the news and was talking about President Trump. He indicated that he was such a great president because of his management skills\u2026 he was of the opinion that he was a great manager. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I guess I never really thought of him a great manager \u2014 actually I never thought about him as even a good<\/em> manager. I\u2019m not one to criticize, but it seems to me that more times than not, when he\u2019s referring to someone who works for him, he refers to them as dolts, or maybe something even worse. That really doesn\u2019t seem like a good idea to me. I personally think a manager should be more diplomatic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I\u2019m pretty sure the President doesn\u2019t need, or certainly won\u2019t take, my advice but instead of using a term like dolt, I think I\u2019d use something like resources \u2014 or maybe team member or associate.
