You can check the archives if you\u2019re interested in my list of favorites. But as I mention back then and it\u2019s still my answer today when asked about my (all-time) favorite restaurant \u2014 it\u2019s the King\u2019s Lodge in Hong Kong. The restaurant was located in the basement of the Palace Hotel. But the reason for this blog today is that while going through a stack of papers, I found a picture of the restaurant. I thought it\u2019d be nice to share it with my faithful readers.
